“Considering the company asked for my review yet still haven’t responded to my customer service message I’ll go ahead. Lemon tree arrived - looks fantastic except the lemons weren’t secured to the tree and the branch has come off. Very slow response and I am actually still waiting to hear back. My initial order (279957) was 3 weeks ago and now it would be difficult to rectify the situation in time for Christmas since this is a gift…”

“This was a Xmas present and my family were delighted. It arrived on the date promised. ,I bought two items last year which were lovely and thus the reason for ordering again. My husbands lemon tree has produced 4 and my niece.s olive also produced four!”

“There is a good selection at a reasonable price . Delivery arrived as requested. My only disappointment is that I ordered 2 types of sapling which arrived in the same box . This is expected given the size but they were not labelled so I don’t know which is which .”

“The tree was very small for the price. I realised that Marks and spencer do an olive tred for twice the height but same price. Although it was a good quality tree i now realise in comparison to other retailers yours was very expensive.”

“Rose bush arrived on time in a sturdy box to keep it safe. It was well trimmed and looks to be a strong rose bush. Wrapped beautifully with a box, a surprise as i was not expecting that but will look perfect when I give it to my friend for her birthday.”
