“Date of delivery was initially weeks away (it's not fast foliage folks!) and then it was pushed back another day...to the day of the funeral of the person I bought the tree for....so not ideal. Complained and got it pushed back a day further but ZERO reaction to my expression of dissatisfaction....no follow-up email to apologise or try to remedy just a move of date with nothing else. Tree arrived - sorry looking specimen. This was my second purchase from T2MD ...it wll be the last.”

We do everything we can to ensure that our products arrive in the best possible condition, and on time, and when that doesn’t happen due to events outside of our control, it is very frustrating for our whole team as we work very hard to provide the best possible customer service. Please rest assured that your feedback has been discussed with our courier, in an attempt to improve the level of service they offer. As your delivery date was missed, you initially wrote to us asking us to ensure that the rose bush arrived the day after the funeral, as the courier had automatically allocated the next day for delivery. We wrote to you twice on the 19th September to confirm that this had in fact been done for you and we apologise if you did not see either of those emails. Please rest assured that the tree sapling that your recipients received is simply going into the deciduous phase whereby it looses its leaves for the winter, and we are confident that come the spring, the tree will start to grow into the living memorial you were hoping for. We hope this clarifies the matter for you and please contact us at care@tree2mydoor.com if we can be of any further assistance, we’d love an opportunity to put this right.

“We ordered a 50th anniversary rose tree just 2 days before our friends' anniversary as we had been visiting garden centres trying to find one but no luck so looked online and fortunately found "Tree2mydoor" who had these rose trees and who could get it delivered 2 days later. it was perfectly delivered in the morning on that day. We were very pleased with the rose tree as were our friends'- A perfect service by all involved and well pleased.”

“As I have order this from Canada it's hard for me to say, the order was good, and it got there on time. i have not seen the tree, just hoping it will grow in memory of my dear cousin. it is a better way to send a tree than flowers”
