Hi Julie, Thank you for taking the time to review our To My Wonderful Husband rose bush. We are so sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the rose bush you received, as this is never our intention. We use only the best suppliers as we aim to source only the highest quality products, and we apologise if we have not met the standard on this occasion. Rose bushes are deciduous and are currently entering this phase, hence the markings on the leaves. Rest assured this is not detrimental to the health of the rose bush, which can be cut back ready for winter. New growth occurs from Spring with bloom growing from June, and we are confident your plant will go on to thrive for many, many years to come. “Very impressed with the service. Item ordered to be delivered as a gift and it was delivered within the requested time period. My relatives were very pleased with the rose bush. I have only seen a photograph and my only complaint was that I had to pay £9 tohave it delivered on a particular day plus an additional £3 to specify am or pm No communication with company apart from online order and instructions.”
