“Great gift idea . I ordered the 60th Birthday Rose for my Sister, arrived on time and lovely healthy Rose with easy to follow care instructions. I had been brought a rose a few years ago from Tree2mydoor and it is still doing really well in my garden. I will definitely be using again .”

“We used Tree2mydoor to purchase a 55th wedding anniversary gift for our parents. After making the purchase I realised that I had not completed the wording of the engraving and contacted them (after hours). By 8am the next day Tree2mydoor customer services were in touch and swiftly helped me rectify this. Though this meant there would be a slight delay to my chosen delivery date, the tree arrived only one day later than originally planned. My parents are thrilled with the gift and have planted it and look forward to watching it grow. I'm really impressed with the service we received from Tree2mydoor. Many thanks.”

“A bit of a debacle with couriers and packing but to be fair both issues were dealt with very efficiently and ended up with a most satisfactory situation for the receiver of this gift. Both trees were healthy and good quality.”

“I ordered a magnolia tree for my husband’s birthday and we were both delighted with the tree when it arrived. Beautifully packaged in hessian with a ribbon and lovely card. The tree was very healthy with lots of green buds. Would definitely recommend.”

“This company has exceptional customer service. They had sent me a discount code for my first order, which when applied said it was not applicable to my product. However, when they contacted me about my order and its satisfaction, I just mentioned that the code sent had not applied. They dealt with it immediately and refunded the amount to my account. That's great customer service. The receipients of the rose bush for their Diamond Wedding were absolutely delighted with it.”

“I started the ordering process online but then got in a bit of a mess and had to call for help in order meet an 12am deadline for next day delivery. The lady was very helpful and kind and I met the deadline and 2 beautiful olive tress were delivered the next day. Thank you x”

“These were gifts I ordered for my daughters ( two separate orders). I had clear communication about the delivery times and dates. Both arrived promptly and in very good condition. They are potted up, watered and ready to grow. My daughters were delighted to see there is a twelve month guarantee just incase the plants don’t survive!!!! I will definitely use this website again. “I ordered 2 magnolias and a rose bush for Mother’s Day and a gift for a friend. All arrived on time and were well received. It is helpful that you are made aware in advance as to where the plant will be in its flowering cycle so you can decide accordingly the most appropriate gift. As it was, I wanted something that was on the verge of blooming for the Mums (hence the magnolia), but know that my friend loves roses so it was less of an issue that they’re some way off flowering yet.”
