“This is the second order I have placed with the Travertine Store. Excellent product and customer service, Monika in particular made sure everything went smoothly. The only complaint is with the delivery companies they use. My first order (12 months ago) wasn't delivered on the arranged day, turned up 2 days later. My second order, placed recently, was a no show as well, having waited all day for the delivery. I then received a phone call from the delivery driver the following morning informing me "I am outside with your delivery" without any prior notification. This reflects badly on an otherwise excellent service from the Travertine Store. If you are relaxed about the hit and miss delivery service, you can't go wrong. Even with the sketchy delivery I would definetly recommend and will use them again.”

“The price seems very good and the order over the phone was very smooth, a very helpful lady made payment very simple, thank you. The delivery was explained and arrived exactly how it was meant to. I was having it delivered 'on site' to a large building development and therefore used a timed delivery slot to avoid break times and to ensure the site was open. It arrived at the time requested. This part of the order was all perfect. However the variation in thickness of the Brazilian black riven slate was far more than the 2-3mm suggested on-line, in fact it can be up to 5-6mm which makes laying the floor far more tricky and expensive in terms of the labour time. Generally though pretty happy with the transaction. Thank you Adam”

“Quick and easy. Just how you need it when you've a lot of different things to sort out for a makeover project. The samples were a little on the small side but helped make the decision. Once the order was placed, it was very quickly and efficiently delivered, and the price was very good. Happy with that.”

“We've ordered online. Process was easy and we received our ties on time. One or two tiles were slightly chipped,but managed to use them for offcuts. Overall very happy and would recommend”

“Ordered tiles for our new kitchen floor. The whole process was very easy and customer service very helpful and friendly. Tiles arrived on time, after scheduling delivery directly with a delivery company. We very much enjoy our new floor. Tiles look amazing.”

“Great fast delivery and communication. I liked that it was well packaged up in clear shrink wrap so that you can check for damages without unwrapping with the delivery man waiting. Would definitely recommend you anduse aagain.”
