“Good quality travertine delivered quickly and most importantly packaged well. A few corner dings are expected with such a fragile material but I didn't have a single broken tile which is pretty good going. Arrived fast and was great price so a winner all round.”

“Having never ordered tiles online before I was a little dubious however Travertine store was extremely straight forward with excellent support available over the phone if needed. The tiles turned up as described with a call on the day of delivery providing a 2 hour window. A hassle free, efficient service at an unbeatable price. Would recommend and use again for sure.”

“I wanted something interesting and old looking for my inglenook fireplace - without having to spend a fortune on Yorkstone paving that would be too heavy for me to lift into place. To help in making my choice I had a couple of free samples from Travertine store which made me think that Travertine wasn't the best choice. Then I saw the tumbled VAUX limestone which looked perfect for the job. To make life easy I bought the stone, the glue, the grout and the sealant from Travertine store and am very pleased with the finished result.”

“First time ordering from Travertine Store and unfortunately the tiles of my choice didn’t match our fireplace. Although I had to make a crate to return these, customer service were very understanding and excepted the delayed return then gave full refund minus deliver charge, which was understandable. Disappointed but satisfied customer. Would buy from again.”

“Found Travertine online when searching to match some already laid tiles. Samples arrived promptly, chose the best match (which turns out to very good) and wanted to order, but website showed out of stock. Called the office and spoke with Jo, who advised that a shipment was due in the next week. Ordered for delivery from this shipment and was advised when it arrived that the order had been despatched. Kept up to date all the way through. Some breakages in transit occurred, but this was dealt with extremely well and promptly. Replacements arrived within days. Excellent service, thank-you all, especially Jo.”
