“Extremely happy with the customer service provided by Tradefit, I received my order very quickly and later realised an item was missing but this was quickly resolved by Alysha at Customer Support who sent out the missing item straight away, I received it the very next day. “I ordered eight flush fit hinges that were a good price and arrived quickly. But unfortunately the hinges were mostly useless.
They basically didn’t hinge! The central pin was secured too tightly, resulting in the hinges being stuck fast.
The hinges were also tarnished on arrival. This was cleaned off with WD40 while trying to unstick the hinges.
On the positive side, the customer service was first class. No problems or quibbles on a refund. As a result I’d have no hesitation buying again from this supplier, but in all honesty I can’t give any more than a two star review.”

“Tradefit despatched my orders same day for next day delivery. One was not delivered until the following day (not Tradefit fault so I haven't lowered the rating for that). One item was poor quality. I telephoned Tradefit and they despatched replacement immediately- it was received the following day. The customer service to resolve the issue was first class so although I had a couple of issues they still deserve 5 stars.”
