“Great service, great product. Ordered incorrectly at first but second time around just the ticket. Both items delivered quickly, secure packaging. Good quality product, glad I had someone fit them for me as I was clueless as couldn’t see any instructions - that’s not to say they weren’t there! Fast return on incorrectly ordered item and refund with in a few days. Definitely order again and would recommend”

Apologies there was a one day delay with delivery, I can see you ordered on Thursday and your goods should have arrived Friday rather than Saturday. We do work really hard with our couriers to ensure deliveries happen on time and 98% of the time they do.
Sometime there are unexpected delays and I am sorry if this caused you inconvenience.

“Partially sent the wrong items and the ones sent were partially without the screws/bolts to go with them!!
Rang them up though and they were very helpful (very nice lady) allowing to return for a refund . Would like to have given more stars but can't give three for acceptable when i got the wrong stuff!”
