I am sorry to read your review. As we supply 'the trade' most of our basic products do not come with the instructions, especially when there are a number of applications.
Perhaps it would be best to ask a professional to fit or assist with fitting?

“Tradefit supply very good product at a very competitive price.
Delivery is normally very fast. Generally next day.
My last order however had a discrepancy.
I ordered 8 pairs of hinges. However the order was mismatched and I had 3 pairs that were of a thinner grade.
I phoned the next day to attempt to rectify,
Unfortunately there was no stock to send replacements.
I’m still in limbo , ,,,
As there isn’t an indication of when replacement hinges will be available so I have a complete set.
I have to hang 5 doors in the same location- so all the hinges obviously need to match.
So at present I don’t want start this job- so until I have a complete set of hinges I will have to wait.

I am so sorry to read you thought the delivery was too expensive. We do offer free delivery on all orders over £30. We also offer next day delivery and so £4.95 is the standard rate - we do not charge this to make a profit.

“The service and speed of Tradefit were very good and the price of the intumescent strips was excellent. However, the strips initially adhered well using the self-stick system they have, but minutes later they became unstuck and prevented the doors from closing. In the end we needed to use another adhesive to get them to stay in place.”

“This is purely in the interest of improvement, not criticism for the sake of it. Firstly the good points . Order process , price, communication and delivery excellent. The quality and description of fittings very good. Unfortunately the 3x 1.2 meter lengths of banister rails were of differing colour and grain and one piece was showing some warping. I appreciate that a natural product is going to have some colour differences but 1 piece in particular was seriously different in colour.These 3 components should have been better matched. I was unable to return as I had a workman booked and waiting for a replacement would have stalled the work. The banister looks well now finished with a bit of extra work to blend and disguise the warping.”

I am sorry for the slight delay in your goods arriving. The time of year coupled with the recent postage strikes has caused some delays, we are working hard to try and minimise these. Our delivery charge is for all orders under £30, we do however offer free postage on orders over £30.
