I can see you placed your order on a Sunday evening, as stated on the website and on your confirmation your delivery date would have been Tuesday 31st October as you had missed the cut off for Monday. I can see the courier therefore delivered your parcel on time.

“Misleading delivery information several times when their supplier was late delivering to their warehouse.
Original delivery was due on a Tuesday, parts arrived to warehouse Friday midday but Saturday delivery could not be guaranteed. Had 68mile round trip to collect and still not received the promised delivery cost refund.
However staff on phone pleasant and helpful despite some wrong information and warehouse manager very helpful”

I can see from the messages with the team that you have received the correct products, however the supplier had slightly changed the design of the latch since your last order. The photos on our website were correct but I can understand why there would be some confusion.

I am so sorry to read your review, as per the messages with customer services we have tried to be very clear of our delivery charges on the website. You are also shown in the check out section before entering your card information how much you are paying for delivery.
We do however offer free delivery on orders order over £30 and so maybe next time you can take advantage of that. Sorry if you found our explanation rude, our team are always polite and helpful.
