They could have left an email to say its delivered and where it had been left or a text message or even a card posted through my letterbox. The door closures were wet from the rain”

I am really sorry to read your review and hear your parcel was left in the rain.
I have tried to call you today and explain, I have left a voicemail with my details if you want to come back to me when you have a moment.
I wanted to check the email we had on your account was correct, as here we did send details of a 2 hour window for delivery. As well as the tracking email that stated when and where your parcel was delivered. There was a photo attached from the courier.
We try and keep customers informed as much as possible of when their deliveries will take place and so the tracking is also provided as soon as the parcel ships from us.

“Ordered 7 x 300mm trickle vents and 1 x 400mm tickle vent. Got an email back confirming order. Items delivered the next day - 8 x 300mm vents.
Emailed Tradefit, they apologised and said the correct vent would be delivered next day. Later that day had a phone call to say they didn’t have stock so it would be within 3~4 working days before I received it. The correct vent was delivered and I went to site to fit, this part was broken………….
First time using Tradefit - the jury is out on whether I use them again. So disappointing”

“I ordered some brackets which arrived quickly but were damaged. They were replaced rapidly and with no argument. I would rate service as 5* but overall have given a lower total rating due the initial product problem”
