“Product - I have only had it for a 36 hours but I am very pleased with it and find it is simple to use and consistently accurate as stated. I think the price paid is good value for a STABILA product Delivery - I ordered before lunch time and paid for next day delivery. Unfortunately due to an error at Trade Tool Shop my order wasn't processed until the following day. I spoke with a very polite Lady on the expected delivery day who confirmed what had gone wrong. She assured me that I will receive a refund of the "next day delivery" charge. If that happens I will be extremely pleased as I do understand that sometimes things go wrong. Aidan”

“Competively priced even with a delivery charge I ordered five five litre cans of Cuprinol Ducksback Fence Paint. A very large organisation such as B&Q was considerably more expensive for this product and I would have had to collect myself. Delivery from Trade Tool Shop was prompt and efficient. I am highly delighted with the service which kept me informed my e-mail of dispatch and also by notification from the courier of delivery time.”

“I found the item I required quickly, price comparisons reveal I was getting a good price... Sales team were helpful in getting the right date for delivery. “Not only were the goods ordered the cheapest I could find online they were delivered less than 24hrs after placing the order. This is depsite the fact that I live on the Isle of Wight which many companies consider to be offshore!!! The goods were well wrapped individually and arrived in perfect condition. Trade Toolshop will certainly be my first 'port of call' for anything I need in the future. Very impressed and many thanks.”
