“Bought a Victorinox Swiss army knife with lockable blade which arrived this week within 3 days of ordering- amazing, as most stuff comes here in rural Aberdeenshire by mule train! Have perused the accompanying catalogue and will follow up with further purchases in the near future. I was overall rather impressed.”

“First time user. Web site was easy to use and transaction smooth. Feed back after order could be improved. Order was early am on a Friday for a next day delivery. Web site reported "processing" which means nothing, goods failed to arrive on the Monday and only communication was late afternoon to say items were being shipped for following day. Not too good considering being charged for this service.”

“Our order was sent online on a Monday afternoon with the promise of a 2 business day courier delivery. 10 days later it still hadn't arrived so we had to phone. The person said she couldn't understand why it hadn't been dispatched and she would phone me back. No phone call, phoned again the following day and she said she had been too busy to return the call but the goods were now on there way and she would refund the postage costs. Yes you have guessed it a week later and still no refund! We will not be using this company again!”
