We contacted them in September 2021. Had consultation with Nick Munnings agreed what we wanted, wills, lpas and property trust. Had a few queries, he returned, we then received draft copies and still had some concerns. Nick failed to turn up to 2 appts so we contacted office in Feb 2020 and were told she would email him to make another appt. Haven't heard from then since and it is now 31st August 2020. Probably should not be surprised at that..what Company takes £1800 and doesn't help to iron out issues you have told them about. We have had 3 deaths in the past year due to terminal cancers, one quite recently, which is why we have not chased this up before. It has been a constant source of stress on top of an extremely stressful time. Anyway it looks as though we have nothing to show for our £1800 except a draw full of papers, feeling very let down and concerned as we were told recently that some of the paperwork may not infact do what we wanted which has left us more confused than ever with the way this company has acted with regard to us. Dates above should read 2022. UPDATE 01/09/2022. Was contacted this morning by James Scotney to discuss the concerns we have about the poor communication between us and his office. Have just spent a long time on the phone with him making things a little clearer and made a further appointment for Nick to return to help with a refresher on some of the paperwork. James was apologetic regarding the lack of communication, which is also down to us due to recent family bereavements, he explained alot and arranged a follow up which we hope will resolve the issues as we are happy with what we chose, Wills, Lpa's and Property Trust and he clarified that the Property Trust will meet our needs.
