“I spoke on the telephone with Daniel at Town and Country to organise a new Will for myself. The discussion was clear and concise, reassuringly brief and I felt in capable hands. I’d prepared my requirements beforehand which I forwarded as we spoke. The next steps were explained clearly and I paid the required sum. I’m now awaiting the draft Will and once this is approved by myself I’ll be sent the original document to sign, witness and return. Then the process will be complete, as simple as that.”
