“We had been looking into solar for several months for our renovation project and had several quotes and TCL were by far the best, both in price and to deal with. Simon was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions was a pleasure to talk too and did not push us into anything we did want or need. Once we had decided David organized the whole process very swiftly arranged for Christian from fitting team to visit within days where he explained the whole fitting process when it would take place and what it would entail. They turned up when they said they would their work was second to none, very neat and tidy and professional. As a whole I couldn't recommend TCL SOLAR highly enough!”

“I had several quotes for solar panel installation, of varying quality. TCL offered a very competitive quote, were very clear and informative when discussing my needs and what they offered. Following an on-site visit, they were able to offer an installation date promptly, within two weeks. The installation team arrived when they said they would, were polite, helpful and worked hard to complete in a day as advised. All with minimal fuss and maximal efficiency. I found the whole process straightforward and felt I could trust the company to do what they said they would. Now one week in and all good do far!! I would wholeheartedly recommend TCL to anyone considering installation of solar panels.”

“Very helpful & informative. Simon came out & talked us through the whole process. We never felt rushed or pushed into anything at any point & we appreciated Simon’s honesty. 2 weeks after meeting Simon we had the solar system installed & haven’t had any problems at all. Installation was quick & the guys were very polite. The guys were always available at the other end of the phone the whole time for any questions we had. Wouldn’t hesitate in using them again if we ever needed or wanted to change anything.”

“A pleasure to deal with. Excellent service from TCL. Simon and David offered very helpful and useful advice from day one. We spent a lot of time researching solar panels and had visits and quotes from several companies. Some were good and others were not But TCL ticked all the boxes, we decided to use them for several reasons. They offered good value, are a small, local family concern, not at all pushy and did what they said they would do and when they said it would be done. The installation team of Chris, Dave and Liam arrived on time, were courteous and conscientious. They ensured everything was fitted to our satisfaction and cleared up well when they'd finished. All in all, I can't recommend TCL highly enough.”

“Excellent service from TCL Solar. Simon and David have made the whole process easy and straightforward. Very good advice, no sales patter - Simon listened to how our household uses energy and advised what we would need to get the best out of a solar system. Price was very competitive, I also liked the fact that they were local to my area. Fitters were very neat and tidy with their work. Scaffolding was up and down in a matter of days. Paperwork was processed in a few days after installation. Certificate and warranties were sent to me without delay. TCL solar have checked with me to make sure everything is working and that I’m happy with the system. Any questions they have answered. I give this company 5 stars as they deserve it. Efficient, professional, good advice. They go above and beyond to make sure everything goes smoothly.”

“We have been thinking about having solar for about 6 months. We have seen a few companies over the last two weeks. David rang us to arrange the appointment and Simon came along to do the survey and answer any questions. I must say we had a full page of questions. Simon was very knowledgeable and answered everything. The price of the installation was very competitive and above all, we liked the fact it's a family-run business. We were given a date of installation two weeks from ordering. The installation itself went very well. I'm now looking forward to saving some money.”

“We had been thinking about solar for a while, but started seriously looking when Cambridge CC announced their Solar Together scheme. We wanted to be sure it was actually a good deal so sought a couple of extra quotes. TCL Solar gave a good impression over the phone, and also when Simon came to the property for an initial consultation. They offered great value, the install happened swiftly and the service was much more personal than what we believe the partnership deal would have offered. The installation team were very professional and have done a great job, we are very happy with the end result. David has also been very supportive with the paperwork and helping with the application for an export tariff. We would definitely recommend TCL Solar.”

“Highly recommended. Very helpful and supportive throughout the process. We had a complex install, with 14 panels on a wall of the house, plus another 24 on a double garage, with a pre-existing 16 panel system, 54 panels in total. TCL and their installers, delivered a great result. Overall, very pleased with the service.”

“5 stars for customer service, there such a great team, there polite and very helpful, they are willIng to take time to tell and explaine anything you don’t understand David and Simon were sort out and plan and sort out how many solar panels you have and when there fitted and what you need to pay and when. The fitting team are are five star guys they take time to explain what there doing and are willing to answer any questions you want to ask . I would recommend them to anybody who wants to inquire about solar Pannels and have them fitted buy them as they tell you what you want to know and what it will cost then it’s up to decide. I would use them again if I ever want solar pannles fitted in the future David”
