“TCL Solar are such a great company to deal with. We had our install done yesterday in the blistering heat and the fitters were absolutely amazing. They worked hard all day, stayed cheerful, were super professional, and kept us updated throughout. Despite the heat they did a fantastic job, were respectful of our home, and left everything spotless. Really impressed with TCL Solar - great workmanship, and a great team. Special mention to David and Simon for their communication - they were so clear, responsive, and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend!”

“Our Neighbours used TCL solar 3 years ago & we're very pleased with them so we had no hesitation in asking TCL Solar to do our solar install. We liked that Simon came out himself to see our house & to explain everything through with us. There is nothing like chatting to someone to get a feel for the company. No pushy sales talk, just an honest opinion on what he and us thought we needed. No long wait for them to be fitted too. David kept us well informed when the scaffold would be erected & what time the guys would be here to fit everything. Install day arrived & it went perfectly. Everyone arrived promptly. The guys were very polite, efficient, worked extremely hard, explained everything fully & helped me install the app so I could see how the solar panels are performing. It was a long working day for them, but they were all cheerful & helpful. David is now on the case for us to get the paperwork in order so we can start selling our excess energy back to the grid. We can't thank everyone enough & would wholeheartedly recommend TCL to anyone. Thanks guys.”

“We had TCL Solar install solar at our house last week with 2 young kids running around, and the team were amazing. Punctual, clean, and really patient explaining how it all works. It’s great knowing we’re cutting bills and doing something better for the kids’ future too. System is already producing well and the app is so easy to use. Would definitely recommend TCL Solar to other families.”

“TCL Solar fitted our panels last week and the whole process was smooth. Install team were respectful, tidy, and took time to walk us through the app. What really stood out was the follow-up — they called a few days later to check everything was working and answered all our questions. Feels good to know they actually care after the job’s done. Highly recommend TCL Solar.”

“The whole experience with TLC Solar has been amazing. The team are professional, kind and reliable and the after service is amazing. The scafolders they use are lovely and really know what they are doing, the delivery chap was also lovely as were the installers (the roof part and the electrician). I'm so pleased I found this company givne the investment involved. The 2 brothers are great and again so helpful and professional. The best accolade I can give is that if you get a cheaper qoute, choose TLC Solar. You absolutely won't regret it.”

“From contacting TCL Solar, a visit for a quote, works were completed 3 weeks later. The scaffolding was put up on one day, install next 2 days then scaffolding down day later. The install team were very professional and hard working. Post install support also excellent with WhatsApp contact with David for any questions. Highly recommended.”

“We’ve had our panels and battery system for 6 months now and they’re doing exactly what they said they would. Bills are down, generation is great even on cloudy days, and the whole setup looks amazing. If you’re on the fence about solar, TCL Solar made the whole process so easy. Simon and David were great with us too.”

“Brilliant service from TCL Solar. Clear advice from Simon, and David is always available to answer any questions. The install team were also brilliant. They turned up on time, worked cleanly, and took real care with the roof and cable runs. Nothing was rushed and they left the place spotless. The system looks really neat and it was up and running the same day. We were recommended to go with TCL Solar and I’m glad we did.”

“We just had TCL Solar fit our solar system and honestly, such a good experience. Simon came out first and was so easy to talk to. He explained everything without any salesy stuff. David has been unreal with aftercare. He checked in after install, talked us through the app, and replies so fast whenever we have a question. Panels look great, bills are already dropping, and the team were so tidy. If you’re thinking about solar, give TCL Solar a shout and ask for Simon & David”

“We had TCL Solar install a full solar + battery system at our home, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the first quote to the final switch-on, the whole process was smooth, honest, and zero pressure. The team explained everything in plain English and the installers were tidy, respectful, and incredibly professional. Special shoutout to the customer service: Simon was amazing at the front end. He walked us through the numbers, answered every “what if” question we had, and was super responsive on WhatsApp and email. Nothing was too much trouble. David looked after us after install. He checked in to make sure everything was generating as expected, talked us through the app. That kind of aftercare is rare these days. If you want solar done right, with people who actually care after they’ve been paid, go with TCL Solar and ask for David and Simon. Would 100% use them again and have already recommended them to family.”

“We are so pleased we used TCL Solar. Their simple but very informative quote gave the impression they knew exactly what they were doing. We had four quotes including three site visits, but by far the best was Simon’s approach to guide through what suited us, there was support but absolutely no hard sell. The quote and communication methods were nice and simple, he answered follow up queries directly and very quickly. The installation was sooner than other companies had suggested, it was smooth and accommodated our access needs with the scaffolding. All involved were professional, experienced, and very knowledgeable. Following installation David checked in to see how it was going and promptly sent all the forms through. We would have no hesitation in recommending TCL Solar. Wendy and Jim”

“From start to finish TCL have been great to deal with. I had hard sell from other companies which I didn’t need, Simon was recommended by a friend and as promised came out, no hard sell, and provided a solution that met our needs. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly and efficient. I was worried about the finish, cable routes etc, after seeing some really poor cable runs, but everything was ran very tidily and smart. Tanks guys for all the hard work!”
