“From the initial inspection and survey right through to completion, it was a pleasure to deal with TCL Solar. Their personal involvement at every stage was reassuring. We were kept informed all the way through. Each representative (installers, scaffolders and management) that we dealt with was polite, efficient and friendly. Everything was clearly explained and a member of the team was available to answer any questions we had. We can highly recommend TCL Solar. Excellent service, wonderful customer service and good value. They truly went above and beyond expectations.”

“The team at TCL Solar were brilliant, from order to delivery start to finish, and since. When Simon provided our quote he took the time to understand our requirements, provided expert advice and was a pleasure to deal with. We placed our order based on this and the fantastic reviews. Everyone arrived when promised, worked tirelessly and cleared up when finished. The scaffolders were great, the installers were great and the system is performing better than we had hoped! David has provided excellent aftercare service, helping us to understand how to operate and optimise our system to our requirements. We are very happy customers and have happily recommended TCL to our friends and family.”

“We got lots of offer for the solar installations, but when Simon came to us to check what we would like, and help and answer all our questions, he made easier to make a decision, and chose them. And we did not regret it. They booked us in just in 2 weeks time. Matt and Jack came and did the installation. They were also really helpful, professional, and they left everything nice and tidy. Matt went through with us on the system, and the app also. David sent all the paperwork very quickly, also helping with the SEG application. And the system up and running smoothly now. So now we just need some sunshine. 🙂 Thank you TCL!”

“I had Ten solar panels and a 5kw storage battery fitted in january 2024 all still working great. TCL just fitted an extra 5kw storage battery for me, this gives me the option of charging at night (cheap rate 7p/kw) and running the hole house during the day off of the batteries. during the non winter months the panels do the job of charging the batteries of course. I can recomend TCL Solar to any one thinking of going the green route they are very professional and helpfull which includes the install engineers. Thank you TCL.”

“We are very impressed at the way Simon & David at TCL Solar conducted themselves. Very honest and straightforward. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. “This review is written for all the people at TCL. From intial contact through to full installation of a 9 panel system Simon and David were helpful and willing to 'talk through' anything and everythig to ensure we were happy with the decisions we had to make. The Team were equally pleasant and very professional, ready to answer any questions that we had about the installation. They were proficiant in all aspects of their work and left the site clean and tidy. We will always speak highly of TCL. As for the performance of the system ? it was installed on a clear day but the sun has not been seen since so the jury is out ................ but I am sure that all the team at TCL would manipulate that if they could!”

“We are so grateful to have found TCL Solar. We initially saw Simon, he did the survey and recommended the system size we needed based on our electric usage. We went for 12 panels and a 10kw battery. We decided to go for it and the installation was booked for just over two weeks later. The installation went according to plan and the guys worked extremely hard. David called us to explain the next steps and helped us with the relevant paperwork. The whole process was simple and straightforward and we are so happy with everything. We would 100% recommend TCL Solar, they are a family business who care.”

“We Contacted TCL Solar for a no obligation quote. Simon arrived at the appointed time and was very knowledgeable and honest. We were so impressed we placed an order. The installation team were very professional, courteous and helpful. They checked that everything was correct and working as it should and left the place clean and tidy. “I recently had a solar and battery system installed by TCL Solar. From the initial survey to the final paperwork, I received excellent customer service. Simon carried out the initial survey, I appreciated his straightforward approach. There were no false promises, just clear information that helped me make my decision. It was nice to deal with someone so transparent. The installation itself was carried out by Matt, Jack, and Josh, who were all fantastic. They were neat and tidy, ensuring everything was installed to a high standard. The team were polite and respectful throughout the installation, making everything stress-free. David oversaw the install from start to finish. His guidance was invaluable, especially when it came to applying for the SEG application to Octopus. He made what could have been a complicated process very easy. I highly recommend TCL to anyone considering a solar system.”

“I saw a few solar companies from local to national. We decided to use TCL Solar as we felt comfortable and confident in their approach. Simon came to see us for the survey and we were very impressed, he designed a system that would cover our needs, plus if we have any future add ons like an electric car. Matt & Jack were the installation team and did such a great job, keeping us updated on the progress. I always worry about trades people but the team were so neat and tidy. After the installation was finished, Matt showed us how to use the solar app. We have been so well looked after. If you’re looking for solar, I urge you to use Simon & David at TCL Solar.”

“Highest quality The minute I met TCL I felt comfortable this was after some other companies and their high pressure sales tactics. The price I paid was very competitive. Communication has been excellent and both brothers so helpful. The scaffolding company used were brilliant and the two lads that fitted our solars and done the electrics were again fantastic. I give TCL five stars all day long.”
