“Superb company to deal with from start to finish. Honest advise to at initial meeting, great communication throughout. Installation was on time and carried out with care all using quality components. Can probably find cheaper installers but as always you get what you pay for. Highly recommended. David Lowe”

“Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish with TCL Solar. The installation was smooth and professional, but what really stands out is the aftercare. David has been brilliant - always quick to respond, really knowledgeable, and genuinely cares that everything is working perfectly. You can tell they stand by their work long after the panels are on the roof. So impressed with the whole team. Couldn't recommend TCL Solar highly enough!”

“We wanted solar panels for our new house . We contacted TCL after a close friend had used the company to install their panels a year ago and had said how good they were .As a small business owner myself I prefer working with family businesses . I contacted Dave on a Thursday Simon came out the following week to quote and we had the panels installed three weeks later . The whole team of contractors at our property were friendly helpful and the key one for me was tidy . We have had so many contractors over the last year who finish a job and leave a mess behind . The installation team worked late into the night to finish the job under torchlight as we live in rural area with no real street lights . The support from Dave since the panels have gone in has been great and I have no concern about contacting them in the future if we have any problems . Would highly recommend TCl Thank you”

“TCL Solar installed our solar panels and battery system two weeks ago and the benefits are already apparent. Our reliance on electricity imported from our supplier has dropped to virtually nothing as the house and car are being powered from solar and stored battery energy. From the first contact with Simon who communicated so well and took time to explain the intricacies of solar power to the system being commissioned TCL were the consummate professionals. The guys doing the install all arrived on time and worked tirelessly, left absolutely no mess and did such a neat job. Aftercare service is first class. David contacted very quickly to check we were totally happy with the install and guided us through the SEG process very patiently. Overall 5 stars for outstanding service and obviously I would have no hesitation in recommending TCL to anyone.”

“We got a few quotes from different companies and were very impressed with the communication, professionalism and friendliness from Simon and David. The quote was very detailed and every question we had was answered with ease and reassurance. The guys carrying out the work were all respectful and got the work done quicker than expected. The app, once explained to us, is easy to follow. Overall very impressed with TCL Solar and would recommend to others.”

“Following several quotes, which we were advised to get, we chose TCL Solar and are very pleased with the way we have been supported through the whole process. From Simon who we first met and who provided the initial quotes and Lewis who did the survey we felt confident we were in good hands. The installation team worked hard and checked with us during the install that we were happy with their work. All of the work is closely monitored by David in the office and his close attention to detail and assistance in resolving any issues shows we made the correct choice. His support with our SEG application was greatly appreciated. Overall their years of experience in this sector is evident and the service standards they set are impressive. Well done guys.”

“We spoke to three different solar companies, and TCL were the only ones who actually visited our home to carry out a proper survey—the others just sent Google estimates. That personal, thorough approach made choosing them an easy decision. Three weeks later, the system was installed seamlessly. The installation team were neat and professional, and David in the office was always on hand to answer questions and keep everything moving smoothly. Nothing was ever too much trouble”

“TCL Solar recently installed our solar and battery system, and the entire experience was outstanding. Simon gave an honest, pressure-free survey and gave us time to compare quotes. Three weeks later, Matt, Jack, and Josh completed a very neat and tidy installation. Following the install, David in the office made our Octopus export application quick and straightforward. Highly recommended”

“TCL Solar are such a great company to deal with. We had our install done yesterday in the blistering heat and the fitters were absolutely amazing. They worked hard all day, stayed cheerful, were super professional, and kept us updated throughout. Despite the heat they did a fantastic job, were respectful of our home, and left everything spotless. Really impressed with TCL Solar - great workmanship, and a great team. Special mention to David and Simon for their communication - they were so clear, responsive, and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend!”

“Our Neighbours used TCL solar 3 years ago & we're very pleased with them so we had no hesitation in asking TCL Solar to do our solar install. We liked that Simon came out himself to see our house & to explain everything through with us. There is nothing like chatting to someone to get a feel for the company. No pushy sales talk, just an honest opinion on what he and us thought we needed. No long wait for them to be fitted too. David kept us well informed when the scaffold would be erected & what time the guys would be here to fit everything. Install day arrived & it went perfectly. Everyone arrived promptly. The guys were very polite, efficient, worked extremely hard, explained everything fully & helped me install the app so I could see how the solar panels are performing. It was a long working day for them, but they were all cheerful & helpful. David is now on the case for us to get the paperwork in order so we can start selling our excess energy back to the grid. We can't thank everyone enough & would wholeheartedly recommend TCL to anyone. Thanks guys.”

Install team were respectful, tidy, and took time to walk us through the app. What really stood out was the follow-up — they called a few days later to check everything was working and answered all our questions.
