“And just like that we have solar. What a breath of fresh air TCL Solar are. They actually come out to your home and do a proper survey. Simon was honest with what we could achieve and talked us through the benefits of having solar and a battery. I’m also very grateful for the help we received from David in his guidance for setting up our SEG payments. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. What stood out for us was the high level of communication. Thanks again to all the team at TCL Solar”

“I talked about my situation with my house and given the information Simon said that actually solar might not be the best choice for me. That kind of integrity is exactly the kind of virtue I would like in someone I trust to work on my home. Could not recommend them enough from that. If I change my mind I know exactly who I'll be calling for a quote! Thank you very much.”

“Thanks to Matt,Jacke,Simon and David and all at TCL. Im a carpenter and joiner and have worked with some very good and very bad tradesmen and all at TCL are top notch from start to finish. thanks again it was a pleasure. If ur looking for solar look no further.”

“We recently had solar panels and a battery installed by TCL Solar and couldn't be happier. Simon’s initial survey was honest and informative. The installers, Matt and Jack, maintained a very high standard of work and were extremely tidy throughout the day. The aftercare has been just as good, with David providing essential help with the Octopus SEG paperwork. A five-star experience”

“From the initial inspection and survey right through to completion, it was a pleasure to deal with TCL Solar. Their personal involvement at every stage was reassuring. We were kept informed all the way through. Each representative (installers, scaffolders and management) that we dealt with was polite, efficient and friendly. Everything was clearly explained and a member of the team was available to answer any questions we had. We can highly recommend TCL Solar. Excellent service, wonderful customer service and good value. They truly went above and beyond expectations.”

“The team at TCL Solar were brilliant, from order to delivery start to finish, and since. When Simon provided our quote he took the time to understand our requirements, provided expert advice and was a pleasure to deal with. We placed our order based on this and the fantastic reviews. Everyone arrived when promised, worked tirelessly and cleared up when finished. The scaffolders were great, the installers were great and the system is performing better than we had hoped! David has provided excellent aftercare service, helping us to understand how to operate and optimise our system to our requirements. We are very happy customers and have happily recommended TCL to our friends and family.”

“We got lots of offer for the solar installations, but when Simon came to us to check what we would like, and help and answer all our questions, he made easier to make a decision, and chose them. And we did not regret it. They booked us in just in 2 weeks time. Matt and Jack came and did the installation. They were also really helpful, professional, and they left everything nice and tidy. Matt went through with us on the system, and the app also. David sent all the paperwork very quickly, also helping with the SEG application. And the system up and running smoothly now. So now we just need some sunshine. 🙂 Thank you TCL!”

“I had Ten solar panels and a 5kw storage battery fitted in january 2024 all still working great. TCL just fitted an extra 5kw storage battery for me, this gives me the option of charging at night (cheap rate 7p/kw) and running the hole house during the day off of the batteries. during the non winter months the panels do the job of charging the batteries of course. I can recomend TCL Solar to any one thinking of going the green route they are very professional and helpfull which includes the install engineers. Thank you TCL.”

“This review is written for all the people at TCL. From intial contact through to full installation of a 9 panel system Simon and David were helpful and willing to 'talk through' anything and everythig to ensure we were happy with the decisions we had to make. The Team were equally pleasant and very professional, ready to answer any questions that we had about the installation. They were proficiant in all aspects of their work and left the site clean and tidy. We will always speak highly of TCL. As for the performance of the system ? it was installed on a clear day but the sun has not been seen since so the jury is out ................ but I am sure that all the team at TCL would manipulate that if they could!”

“We are so grateful to have found TCL Solar. We initially saw Simon, he did the survey and recommended the system size we needed based on our electric usage. We went for 12 panels and a 10kw battery. We decided to go for it and the installation was booked for just over two weeks later. The installation went according to plan and the guys worked extremely hard. David called us to explain the next steps and helped us with the relevant paperwork. The whole process was simple and straightforward and we are so happy with everything. We would 100% recommend TCL Solar, they are a family business who care.”

“We Contacted TCL Solar for a no obligation quote. Simon arrived at the appointed time and was very knowledgeable and honest. We were so impressed we placed an order. The installation team were very professional, courteous and helpful. They checked that everything was correct and working as it should and left the place clean and tidy.
