“We had TCL Solar install a full solar + battery system at our home, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the first quote to the final switch-on, the whole process was smooth, honest, and zero pressure. The team explained everything in plain English and the installers were tidy, respectful, and incredibly professional. Special shoutout to the customer service: Simon was amazing at the front end. He walked us through the numbers, answered every “what if” question we had, and was super responsive on WhatsApp and email. Nothing was too much trouble. David looked after us after install. He checked in to make sure everything was generating as expected, talked us through the app. That kind of aftercare is rare these days. If you want solar done right, with people who actually care after they’ve been paid, go with TCL Solar and ask for David and Simon. Would 100% use them again and have already recommended them to family.”

“We recently had a solar and battery installation completed by TCL Solar. My wife and I are so impressed, everything went as planned. The aftercare was particularly impressive. David helped us with the SEG application as well as emailing us all the documentation. Thank you for everything.”

“We are so pleased we used TCL Solar. Their simple but very informative quote gave the impression they knew exactly what they were doing. We had four quotes including three site visits, but by far the best was Simon’s approach to guide through what suited us, there was support but absolutely no hard sell. The quote and communication methods were nice and simple, he answered follow up queries directly and very quickly. The installation was sooner than other companies had suggested, it was smooth and accommodated our access needs with the scaffolding. All involved were professional, experienced, and very knowledgeable. Following installation David checked in to see how it was going and promptly sent all the forms through. We would have no hesitation in recommending TCL Solar. Wendy and Jim”

“From start to finish TCL have been great to deal with. I had hard sell from other companies which I didn’t need, Simon was recommended by a friend and as promised came out, no hard sell, and provided a solution that met our needs. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly and efficient. I was worried about the finish, cable routes etc, after seeing some really poor cable runs, but everything was ran very tidily and smart. Tanks guys for all the hard work!”

“Without any comparison with other companies it’s always a risk when you decide who to go with. If you choose TCL Solar the risk is not there! From start to finish, from Simon coming round to quote, the scaffolding company and the fitters to Dave talking about the right tariff to move to everything was fantastic. Couldn’t find fault with anything, smooth efficient one day installation and now we are benefiting from free electricity. Can recommend highly enough, thank you all 👍”

“I would 100% recommend TCL Solar. From start to finish it was a great service. Simon came and explained all about the solar system and install. Jim came and put up the scaffolding and then took it away in a couple of days. The install team were great and finished a top job in a day. David has always been on the phone or on what’s app when ever I needed to ask any questions or concerns. Nothing was a problem and as a team they did a great job. Very clean job, no mess whatsoever. Thanks for a great job all at TCL solar. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks again Paul and Bridget.”
