“Very happy with everything; from the initial consultation with Simon, through to the excellent work by the scaffolders, roofers and electrician, then the follow up help from David to assist with getting the SEG scheme sorted. The tradesmen were exceptionally tidy and represented TCL very well. I would (and have) highly recommend TCL solar to others.”

“From our original meeting, to their subsequent quote, installation and customer care and service, TCL Solar, with Simon, David and their installation team have been and remain absolutely brilliant. They are very honest and professional people with great expertise. Thank you all for providing us with such excellent customer service, from start to finish. Not forgetting Jim's expertise in installing and dismantling the scaffolding; Matt the Electrician and Jack for the panel installation. “I would 100% recommend TCL Solar. From start to finish it was a great service. Simon came and explained all about the solar system and install. Jim came and put up the scaffolding and then took it away in a couple of days. The install team were great and finished a top job in a day. David has always been on the phone or on what’s app when ever I needed to ask any questions or concerns. Nothing was a problem and as a team they did a great job. Very clean job, no mess whatsoever. Thanks for a great job all at TCL solar. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks again Paul and Bridget.”

“What a great experience we had with TCL Solar. We initially met Simon, he came to see us and did a survey to determine what solar system we needed. Simon talked through the options and we decided that 12 panels and a 10kw battery was what we needed. We agreed on a date for installation two weeks later. The installation itself went very smoothly with Matt & Jack, they communicated with us throughout the day to make sure we were happy with everything. We are now up and running and all paperwork has been emailed to us. The bonus for us being pensioners was that David helped us with all the SEG paperwork so we can get paid from our electricity provider. I have to just mention the level of communication from David was outstanding and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything in place. If you want the personal touch look no further than TCL Solar. Thanks again, Wilf & Betty.”

“And just like that we have solar. What a breath of fresh air TCL Solar are. They actually come out to your home and do a proper survey. Simon was honest with what we could achieve and talked us through the benefits of having solar and a battery. I’m also very grateful for the help we received from David in his guidance for setting up our SEG payments. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. What stood out for us was the high level of communication. Thanks again to all the team at TCL Solar”

“I talked about my situation with my house and given the information Simon said that actually solar might not be the best choice for me. That kind of integrity is exactly the kind of virtue I would like in someone I trust to work on my home. Could not recommend them enough from that. “We recently had solar panels and a battery installed by TCL Solar and couldn't be happier. Simon’s initial survey was honest and informative. The installers, Matt and Jack, maintained a very high standard of work and were extremely tidy throughout the day. The aftercare has been just as good, with David providing essential help with the Octopus SEG paperwork. A five-star experience”

“From the initial inspection and survey right through to completion, it was a pleasure to deal with TCL Solar. Their personal involvement at every stage was reassuring. We were kept informed all the way through. Each representative (installers, scaffolders and management) that we dealt with was polite, efficient and friendly. Everything was clearly explained and a member of the team was available to answer any questions we had. We can highly recommend TCL Solar. Excellent service, wonderful customer service and good value. They truly went above and beyond expectations.”

“The team at TCL Solar were brilliant, from order to delivery start to finish, and since. When Simon provided our quote he took the time to understand our requirements, provided expert advice and was a pleasure to deal with. We placed our order based on this and the fantastic reviews. Everyone arrived when promised, worked tirelessly and cleared up when finished. The scaffolders were great, the installers were great and the system is performing better than we had hoped! David has provided excellent aftercare service, helping us to understand how to operate and optimise our system to our requirements. “We got lots of offer for the solar installations, but when Simon came to us to check what we would like, and help and answer all our questions, he made easier to make a decision, and chose them. And we did not regret it. They booked us in just in 2 weeks time. Matt and Jack came and did the installation. They were also really helpful, professional, and they left everything nice and tidy. Matt went through with us on the system, and the app also. David sent all the paperwork very quickly, also helping with the SEG application. And the system up and running smoothly now. So now we just need some sunshine. 🙂 Thank you TCL!”
