“We had our solar and battery installation back in April 2024. Firstly we felt very confident in TCL Solar to do a good job and they certainly did, we have been extremely happy with the production of our system, outperforming the predictions made. “Very happy to have chosen TCL to install our solar panels and battery. Initial survey from Simon was honest, transparent with a competitive price. The installers did a fantatsic job, really happy with how neat and tidy everything looks. Following installation David helped us complete the application to sell excess energy back to the grid. Would definitely reccomend this company”

“TCL Solar know their subject and gave excellent advice. Their quote was very competitive and we liked the fact that they are a family-run business. “From the start of our search for a solar installer, TCL Solar stood out by a mile. Simon wasn’t pushy and provided an honest quotation. The pre and post installation service was first class. David even helped us with the application form for our electricity provider. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for solar to contact TCL Solar.”

“With the energy prices going up again, I thought it was about time to invest into solar. My friends recommended TCL Solar as they saw four companies, they did all the research for me. The whole process has been very easy, from ordering to installation was two weeks. Simon and David have been great, always on hand if I have any questions. All in all, I’m extremely happy and will definitely recommend TCL Solar”

“I would just like the opportunity to thank Simon & David at TCL Solar. They made the whole process so simple. After installation, David helped us with the SEG application which we really appreciate, as a couple of pensioners, we aren’t really great with that sort of stuff. “Simon & David were extremely professional from the initial very competitive quotation through to completion. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns and made the whole process simple with no problems. After completion they went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the work and system operation. David even took the time to complete the SEG application for us, inc all photos & attachments. I have no hesitation in recommending TCL Solar to family and friends. 5 stars, it was a pleasure doing business with you both.”

“From start to finish has been perfect The price they quoted was the price I paid No hidden extras. 16 panel and battery install There level of knowledge is excellent. Every question I asked was answered. Even now the installation is complete there after care is also fantastic. I’ve had more questions after the install and there always there to help. There installation guys are clean and tidy and by the looks of the installation they take pride in there work. Absolutely spot attention to detail(very neat install) They even help with all the paperwork and certificates required to get the solar tariff All I had to do was apply online and give numbers that tcl supplied. Easy 👍 Would highly recommend as I have done with friends and family Really nice to see a family business going the extra mile Thank you TCL”

“I invited five companies to give me a quotation for solar panels and a battery. TCL Solar stood out for two main reasons. They are a family-run business and Simon was honest and straight to the point which we really appreciated. The installation itself went smoothly and took one day to complete. Matt & Robbie did an amazing job and were so neat and tidy. Since completion, David has sent all the relevant paperwork and he’s even phoned us to help with the SEG application. I would like to thank Simon, David and all the installers for such a professional job. Thanks again Jason & Gill.”
