"Excellent start to finish. \r\nFirstly Simon, at point of sale, was fantastic. To the point, informative and helpful without being pushy. Technical survey was carried out and I knew I had confidence in the team. Even helped with electrical advice outside of the solar remit. \r\nDavid was excellent with answering questions and all the power work pre and post install. Lastly the install team were excellent. Scaffolding erected and taken down when I was told it would be. The install was done to a very high standard and they left the area clean as if they hadn\u2019t been there. Workmanship was to a very high standard but most impressive was that they worked tirelessly despite the horrendous conditions. Hats off to them. They were punctual and very courteous. \r\nOverall a fantastic experience and I\u2019d highly recommend the company. Completely seamless process. Thank you "

"I wish I could give more than 5 stars, TCL is the gold standard. Simon explained our options very clearly and ordering was complication free. The scaffolding was erected by a great team that were very courteous and efficient. The TCL men that fitted the solar panels were polite, professional and a pleasure to have around (even though the chapel was the most challenging roof they had ever worked on) Simon knew we had had bad experiences with tradesmen, and assured us TCL wouldn't let us down. I'm so glad we put our faith in TCL Solar. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them. We are delighted!"
