“A family-run business, TCL solar provided a zero-pressure approach to selling us solar panels. The system was designed to maximise the coverage for our roof which was 14 panels. Equipment was sourced promptly with an installation date within weeks of the initial quote. Scaffolding and the equipment were delivered on the Friday prior to Monday’s installation date - on time as promised by TCL solar. The installation team arrived promptly on Monday and the whole system was setup with hours. I had a demo of the system - walked through the isolation process etc and the App too. The team were very neat and tidy and cleared away the rubbish at the end. I have no hesitation to recommend TCL Solar for your solar panel requirements!”

“I've waited 2 months since my installation to post this review. Simon and David, and their installation teams are the best. Professional and knowledgable, punctual and reliable. I strongly recommend them. I had a 5kW array installed on my 'non-ideal' roofs, with a 6kWhr battery. In the 2 months I have generated almost 1 MWhr of power, used half and exported half. My electricity consumption from the grid has been cut by 90%. As I had a Solar iBoost fitted, all my water heating has been free. Solar is worth it, especially now.”

Installation was quick and painless with efficient and professional work by Nathan and Mike and scaffolder Jim and we were online early in the afternoon. “Excellent service from start to finish. Simon came, measured up and gave me the options, no pushy sales just factual explanations on what I could expect from the options. The team that came to do the fitting were punctual, polite, tidy and extremely hard working. If you want a one stop service for solar panels then this is the company, no messing about, you get what you ask for and the team take care of it all.”

“Can't recommend TCL solar enough. They have both done installs for myself and my parents and both times they have been excellent. All staff are really friendly and Simon is an excellent person to deal with. Everything is explained clearly and constantly kept up to date. If you are looking for solar panels, I highly recommend TCL solar.”

“Can’t praise this company enough. No high pressure sales, just honest advice and competitive prices. Simon spent time explaining everything and was very patient when I needed things explained again. The team who did the install were polite and pleasant but more importantly knew their job! Everything went without a hitch and it was up and running within 4 hours and I was producing my own electricity. They took away any mess they had created, including boxes etc and left everywhere as it was when they arrived. This was 5* service from start to finish and I am very happy to recommend TCL Solar Ltd.”

“Fantastic service from start to finish. Simon was aware we had seen a number of providers so didn’t try to oversell, just kept it simple explained how it works with TCL, measured up and gave a competitive quote. He was also incredibly responsive throughout, always giving me a ring within minutes of me sending through a question. The scaffolders were efficient and easy to deal with and came back to remove quickly after the install which was great. The installation team were really helpful, got the job done very quickly and explained what they had done and got the app set up for us so we could monitor generation. I could not have asked for more from the whole experience, now if they could just get those pesky clouds out of the way… Thanks team!”

“We were guided towards TCL by close friends who have recently had a system installed. Everything they said about the company, the installation service and the price turned out to be as described. We were really happy with the way TCL operated, from our initial ‘no pressure’ consultation with Simon right through to delivery of our system. The scaffolders and installation team were really professional in the way they went about the works, turning up on time, and carrying out the work with minimum disruption. Cost us a fortune in tea though!😁 Post-installation follow-up has been good, and we are confident that should any problems arise in the future, we will be able to get any help we need from the TCL team. All in all, we are very happy with our solar panels, and are really looking forward to reaping the rewards over the years to come. As for the cost of our system, we couldn’t be happier!! Highly recommended!!!”

“Fantastic end to end service and install by TCL solar. Went with a 6.7Kw system and already reaping the benefits. Simon and the team were fantastic throughout, with courteous/considerate scaffolders and a great install team led by Liam. The install looks great and already at 11am on a sunny day in April I'm generating over 3Kw. Would highly recommended.”
