We met with Simon who went through our solar options & he checked everywhere he needed to as in the roof & where would be a appropiate place for the battery & inverter. He left us feeling reasured & all questions answered plus offered to call us back later that week to see how we was feeling after our conversation & quote. The quote was very fair & after we'd be open that we was going to get a few others in we called Simon back & accepted his quote later that week. The installation was carried out 2 weeks later & we was so pleased the guys was very respecful taking there shoes off when they needed access to the loft to thread cables through & really just got on with the installation. They answered any questions we had & when they left we had been shown around the app plus everything on the battery. We couldn not reccomend TLC solar enough & feel super pleased we also had phoncalls from dave supportung us through the last part of the process & sent everything we needed through the very next day so we can get on with moving to a solar tarrif & extra support if we needed it.
