“Great service, apart from my order didn't come as soon as it should have but I'm going to put this down to it being christmas/bank holiday and as soon as I emailed them asking about it I got a quick response and it then came the next day, so they were quick to fix this:)”

“Ordering was easy and the paingone arrived within the indicated delivery window. It was ordered for a friend and was too painful for her to use but I kept it because I was lazy and thought it might be useful in my own family. Having tried it myself (after getting my husband to try it first!), I could barely feel it, so I can only conclude that my friend's hand was very painful indeed.”

“The product came on time. It's expensive for what it is. I tried it on a bad knee and it worked for about 90 minutes. Better than I expected as I was sceptical that it could ever work. The expense was somewhat mollified by a free tube of cream/ointment. Hopefully the two items together might give me 2/3 hours of relief”

“Good service. Knowledgeable staff on live chat. One critisism the company do not send out a tracking ref in orders as a matter of standard procedure. I had to call and ask for a tracking ref for my purchase. Otherwise an efficient friendly shopping experience”

“The Therasnore is a great product and helps relieve snoring to a great extent. However this product does not last long before it starts to fall a part, I have had four in six years. My problem with Tower Health is their promotions / pricing. I have always paid £39 for the Therasnore and yet they always have a promotion on saying that it is greatly reduced, i.e in this January sale it was half price - no it was not £19 - it was supposedly reduced from £79 to £39 (the usual price). Apart from being misleading, there is no need to market the product as a promotional price. It would sell at £39 regardless.”

“The product (Therasnore) is excellent and this is my fourth or fifth purchase over several years. My only reservation is time taken for overseas delivery but, having said that, the majority of the several weeks delivery time was due to postal inefficiencies in my country of residence.”

“I had high hopes for pain gone pen, unfortunately it has not worked for me. In applying for a refund I has to pay postage charges (recorded delivery). It seems to work for other people,still worth a try with the 30 day returns guarantee.”
