“Ordered 21 October, confirmation email arrived. Email asking for star rating arrived 26 oct, no product yet! Contact Tower to be told it went out of stock day I ordered, yet they did not advise me until I chased FIVE days later! Terrible company, avoid!”

“The pain one pen arrived quickly. I have chronic back pain and arthritis pain in my wrist and thumb joints. I use a Tens machine on my back which helps a little. I tried the pain one on my thumb joint and it helped as a short acting pain reduction method. I do struggle to press the pen so perhaps I should have upgraded to the type that delivers the little bursts on one push. Will need to save up for that!”
