“Ordered arthrogel for my knee pain and hasn't worked for me I'm afraid. Product rubs in well and has a lovely cooling sensation but had no effect on my knee pain. Maybe not the right product for knee, perhaps should have gone for patches. Company great, delivery very fast and secure.”

“Was very skeptical about buying and trying this Arthrogel as I have spent quite a bit of money buying gels and pills to alleviate the pain from osteo arthritis in both my knees . The people advertising your product swear that it works wonders and yet I didnt feel any benefit even after trying a whole tube . Decided to take you up on your offer of getting a refund and was then told that I have to pay for the postage because I had changed my mind and the product was not faulty . So I'm chucking the gel in the bin and as poor as I am , I'm sure that the £37 whatever that I paid won't make me any poorer”

“I have been very impressed by Tower Health not just for their products but being able to speak to someone knowledgeable about their appropriateness and application. True customer service with a follow up after delivery to see how I am getting on. I have been using the Arthrogel which has relieved pain whilst warming up my lower back making me more mobile. I would recommend others to check their product range and speak to their helpline to find something that would work for them. I am very happy with my purchases.”
