“No response to 2 mail over 5 days then ,phoned to be told items are out of stock. due to failure to respond the previous emails ,customer services promised as soon as stock available it will be sent out for the next day delivery,which they did .”

“Good service. Knowledgeable staff on live chat. One critisism the company do not send out a tracking ref in orders as a matter of standard procedure. I had to call and ask for a tracking ref for my purchase. Otherwise an efficient friendly shopping experience”

“These sunglasses were just what I needed. A little tight to get on, but at least they stay put and don't fall off, which was a problem I had with others. Was surprised that were mottled, in the frame, but a nice surprise.”
