“Delivery times are good, but product descriptions are not: the 'mini hearing aid' is neither 'tiny' nor 'perfectly formed' as described in Tower's catalogue but large, clunky and very difficult to fit compared to my standard NHS hearing aids, and the manual for the device specifies it as a 'sound magnifier' with the warning that it is not a hearing aid.”
