“I order Activ-ox from Swimming Pool Chemicals every 3 months. I use it each time i change the water in the hot tub. I have found it to be the best product for removing bio-film and deep cleaning the tub prior to refilling it. Product always arrived within a few days of ordering and is always well packaged and intact when it arrives.”

“Swimmingpool Chemicals custuomer service were excellent when I found on delivery and opening the tub that I had ordered online the wrong type of santising chemicals for my hot tub. They arranged a return at their standard delivery rate on an agreed date with a 2 hour pickup window. I just had to repackage the product securely in a box and order the correct product online. Once they had received and inspected the return they issued a full refund less the delivery charge back to my card which I received the next day. Faultless service handled efficiently and quickly. Many thanks to them.”

“I was having difficulty balancing the chlorine content and removing the algae in our above ground pool. I purchased the starter kit but didn’t understand how much of which chemicals to add to the water. An email to Swimming Pool Chemicals received a response next morning with explicit instructions. I followed these exactly and our pool is free of algae, has the correct chlorine content and after 24hrs is crystal clear. So full credit to them for the prompt response and clear instructions.”
