“We have used Total Merchandise twice now, last year we purchased calico bags to promte the Fifty plus and Youth forums of Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. This year to purchase both pens to promote the Vale 50+ Strategy Forum and USBs to promote the forum but to also be used by digital champions to support digital inclusion. The service is excellent and very flexible. The team have responded quickly and efficiently to at times our need to change the brief. I have no hesitation recommending TM and indeed have done so to a national charity. JP Older Peoples Strategy Coordinator.”

“Elizabeth, who dealt with all my queries and our final order was brilliant to deal with. Helpful and efficient. Once the order was placed we received the payment information very quickly and the goods were despatched immediately upon receipt of payment. “I had a prompt reply to my request for star paperweights to be engraved for an award presentation. The paperweights I had used the previous year were not in stock but Total Merchandise were able to source a similar paperweight. The process of getting proofs of the engraving was very simple and I was very happy with the service.”
