“Our order was pushing it for completion and Total Merchandise managed to supply goods well ahead of our needs. Excellent service every thing we could wish for. Thank you.”

“The goods we ordered arrived on time but, although the correct address was clearly stated on the order form and purchase order, they were delivered to the wrong address, so had to be forwarded on and in fact arrived one day late. Other than that the goods are fine.”

“Whilst I couldn't fault the products themselves, the particular sales representative I dealt with was not good at their role in the slightest. I felt they did not know the products, did not read nor listen to instructions and was all in all rather rude. I think staff need to be trained or supervised better, however, I would happily buy from Total Merchandise again if I dealt with someone more competent.”
