“Having trawled theinternet looking for a new lawn mower, I came across Tooled-Up. They had what I wanted and at a great price, which was a lot less than Amazon. The next day delivery was excellent as well.”

“Everything I ordered came on time no issues and correct. This was a replacement for my old flexi drill. Brushless will hopefully last even longer and with 6ah batteries run longer as well.”

“OK, so I've clicked buy it now, my fault. Shouldn't of done it. Didn't look through the available products, just hit the buy it now. Then it come up with the suggested. They were £10 dearer. So I cancelled my order. Within 5 minutes of ordering, Cancellation denied, they've already posted it, somehow within 5 minutes they had it out the door. Cost me to send it back. Won't be using them again. Cheers!”

“I placed the order with all items apparently in stock. I then got an email to say part order bing shipped. I made a call to customer service to check why and was put on hold and then told she would call back within two minutes after checking. Several days later - no phone call and the first two out of three items turn up in a card envelope. No delivery note or paperwork in or on the parcel. Then another email came to say third item no despatched. Item has now turned up, no packing no delivery note or paperwork. Just sent the £75 worth of tools in a plastic bag with no attempt to protect. Another 'just doing my job' attitude towards the customer. Its safe to say, I wont be returning.”
