“Not sure what is going on . You have sent me an email requesting I write a review.I would be more sympathetic in my review if the battery I ordered on January the 27th had been delivered. Not sure what DHL are doing ? It's been 8 days now.”

“I recently (20th Jan) ordered a pressure sprayer, extendable lance (I need to reach up very high) and spare parts. I’ve received the sprayer and spare parts, but not the extendable lance, which I’ve been told I won’t receive until 20th Feb. I can wait for then, but won’t be able to test if it works until the lance arrives. If it doesn’t arrive, the other two items will have to be returned, as it won’t give me the reach I require.”
