“I recently bought a makita sds hammer drill along with three sds bits. They contacted me and asked if I was aware that the sds bits wouldn't fit the drill I'd ordered. We rectified my mistake and they changed the order so that the bits. A big thank you for the service and thoughtfulness. Excellent customer service.”
