“B&D battery Leaf Blower: Despite a delay due to supply issues out of their control, Tooled-Up offer a full recfund or a wait. During the wait I was updated regularly with apologies. When back in stock it was delivered within two days. Completely satisfied. Would use again.”

“All good in all regards. If I wanted to criticise (hopefully helpfully) I'd suggest giving customers a simple 'guest' ID option. I'm not likely to be a regular customer - just because I'm not a very practical person - and thus having to create an account for a single purchase is a bit of a pain.”

“Great price but poor delivery updates! After 3 days waiting for info I called & was told "No stock" and that delivery of new stock expected next day. Then out of the blue on the same day that I called it's been picked, packed & shipped - pretty clever for no stock! Dissappointing that I had to call at all let alone get incorrect stock info. I may not use in the future because of this :-(”
