“Having ordered, and paid for, two (identical) items, I was surprised to start receiving email updates referring to only one item. An initial call to TU shed no light on this and I was promised a call-back which never came. That agent added to my concerns by stating she could only see a charge for one item. The following day, the solitary item arrived, much to my annoyance. A further call to TU (to a much more-helpful agent) indicated that there was only ever one item in stock and that I should have received an email to that effect. She promised that a refund would be processed, and it was. Ultimately, the issue was resolved but it was not without problems. Additionally, I've paid the same delivery charge for one item as I would have done for two, which means the item was more-expensive than expected and I still need to buy a second.”
