“Received (finally) the product I ordered. Works well. But using Royal Mail to receive an deliver it was a mistake. Parcel was sent to wrong sorting sorting office in my area. Rerouted, an sent back to local dept (10 miles away). Then kept at the depot for nearly 3 days, at one time, was showing as unavailable to track. So in this case, not a very good service by the provider chosen. So I will think twice before ordering from the company if the same courier is to be used.”

“Took a gamble and placed my first order with Tooled Up. Placed my order Saturday morning and received my sds drill Monday morning but I wasn't expected it to arrive so quick. “Hard to find this product for sale in the UK. Tooled-up worked out cheaper than Amazon for the same item. Delivery was slow in comparison to typical Amazon speed, but this wasn't a priority, so acceptable.”

“The lawnmower did not arrive on time but this is not your fault. Itwas awaiting us when we returned in the evening. As soon as we assembled the machine (slight problems with the grass box.) we used it. Otherwise we are plased with it, especially the ease of adjusting the cutting height.”
