“You wanted a review. I ordered a ARS CAM-24PRO. The specification that you provided included a spare blade. Rightly or wrongly I thought that the blade was part of the deal. No blade was sent and when I telephoned your office, your staff member seemed reluctant to engage in conversation, simply advising that you do not sell a spare blade for this product and the specification does not specifically say that a spare blade was included . I tried to explain that I thought that a blade was included and nowhere in the specication did it indicate that a blade was not part of the deal. Since the complaint was first registered I have been bombarded with 8 e-mails, almost all of which appear to be automatically generated, of the How did we do today type. I have previously asked that a formal complaint should be registered in writing, but you still continue to offer this as a solution. A little less use of the automatic response button and a genuine assessment as to whether your specification details are confusing or misleading would be appreciated. William Butcher”

“No fault of Tooled-Up but the nuts n' bolts package was missing from the sealed box of my Einhell Scarifier. Full marks to Tooled-Up Lisa who owned the problem and sorted it immediately. Missing parts were with me 48 hrs later. Excellent !”
