“Easy to use website. Fabric arrived promptly, on a roll and well packaged. Made a refreshing change to get more than ordered rather than skimping on measurements as some high street stores do. I'll definitely be buying fabric from here again. Thank you TM Interiors.”

“A search for stockists of two wallpapers brought me to TM Interiors. I dealt with Richard, with a mix of emails, phone calls and information from the website. I prefer to do business and place my order over the phone or face to face rather than just a website form - and that was easy and natural. I felt nothing was a problem and they were happy to serve me. Before purchase I was given good support and clear advice and I felt happy I was using a good company. Stocks were checked and that enabled me to place an order at the right time. Possible extra rolls in the same shade were reserved in addition to the rolls I needed (to cover for mistakes and give me peace of mind). The paper is now hung and it looks really good. The ease and good service mean that I am happy to purchase with them again, I'd like that to be face to face as I am sure there is more advice and expertise to be gained.”

“Some of the fabric that I had oredered was damaged. I contacted TM interiors and they swiftly resolved the problem, replacement fabric soon arrived. Previously always made John Lewis my first stop for fabric - will now us TM Interiors first as a much better selection of quality fabric. The Designer's Guild fabric was beautiful to work with and the curtains look gorgeous. Many thanks.”

“Customer service as it should be. I made the mistake of using another wallpaper company that I discovered had a bad reputation too late. By a shocking contrast, TM Interiors restored by faith in online and distant shopping. I received a prompt and courteous reply to all coresspondence whether email or phone and always with accurate and honest advice. Richard was extremely helpful in resolving my issue. I will definitely return and recommend.”

“Just want to say what a super service Rob at TM interiors provided yesterday when we were really pushed to get our chosen fabric to our upholster in Edinburgh the following day in order that they could complete a sofa on time for delivery to London. The service was quick accurate and painless. It got us out of a real hole and we are able to complete the schedule on time. I would recommend tm-interiors to any prospective customer if they want fast accurate service with charm and understanding. Thanks to all at TM Interiors Sarah M-T”
