“I had grey showing after 1 wash! Ugh, unsure max allowed to leave on, maybe for hard to dye hair maybe is longer?? I usually use surya henna and last for 3 weeks. I only wash my hair every 5 days, an clear on for the max of 6p mins. If u have hair that's hard to take wouldn't reccome d, but if your easily take si say this one”

“I followed all the instructions. The product simply did NOT work. Did NOT cover gray. I would save your money and try another product. I was trying to cover gray hair using the tints of nature light brown color. Hope this was helpful.”

“I thought I would give this product a try mostly due to what seemed like an easier way to apply henna vs. other henna products I have used to successfully cover gray roots in the past. I followed all instructions to the T. The box touts up to 80% gray coverage. I got zero gray coverage, contacted the company with UPC and receipt wondering if the batch might have expired. I got a "canned" email response inviting me to spend more money on more products that MIGHT help to cover the gray. Why would I spend more time and more money on something that MIGHT work this time around. No thanks. I'll save my time and money and stick to products I know will work.”

“I buy dark brown, my hair looks like I didn’t put anything, I followed the instructions because it’s the first time I used it. It didn’t cover even the roots of my gray hair, just mistreat my hair, I’m so sad, I feel like throwing my money in the trash. Very bad quality. I DON’T NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL,NOT USE IT!”

“I really really really wanted this product to work. In fact, I purchased 10 boxes in various shades of blonde. I had many back and forths by email with a rep who was super nice, but nice doesn't make up for the fact that ultimately this product does not cover gray at all.”

Hi Nancy, We're really sorry to hear you haven't had a positive experience with our products, It can be difficult to cover greys with blonde shades and we would recommend N shades up to 8N as best for grey coverage. I understand you were using a mixture of 10N and 8C, if you are not getting the coverage you would like then we would recommend a mixture of 8N and 8C however this would be a darker shade than the 10N mix. “Hi I used 6N for the second time but when used the clarifying shampoo my hair is tangle where I have highlights and it’s like hair knots would you please give me an advise what to do I don’t want to get my hair cut short thank you”

“Did henna on my hair two months ago and nice auburn color. unfortunately i have a lot of gray. i am on vacation so i decided to go to sprouts and try this one. While it left my hair shiny and soft(I did condition afterwards) it did very little for white roots.Left on one hour. Very disappointed with this product. I will need to redo hair. Used clarifying shampoo twice. Will use henna powder for better results.”

“Ordered from their website direct. Been four days and I have received no notification of anything regarding shipment or otherwise. Payment has been taken but other than that nothing to note transaction from my end. Unprofessional in this day and age.”

“This product did not cover my grays. I left it on for 1.5 hrs. AND Not enough dye. AND no conditioner. I’m extremely disappointed & upset. Will not buy this product ever again.”

“I am a first time user,i used 5N,my hair turned black and my hair was like a straw and rough,I used my regular conditioner,my hair looks dull,no shine plus i am losing lots of hair.I do not know how to make my color light brown. I am very disappointed with the color. How can I lighten my hair,if I go to a hairdresser,it is going to cost me a lot of money.So help me,please!”

“Hello the color I used is too dark for me please how can I get rid of it? My hair is dark blond my skin is very pale and now my hair is almost black and I look like a vampire please i used the coloring shampoo will it go away with time completely? I would like to find my natural color. Thank you”

“I applied the henna cream in dark brown as instructed and it was as if I did nothing to my hair. There was no color at all. For something so expensive, I assumed it would work and threw away the receipt. I learned my lesson and will never buy it again.”

“Waste of money. Worst product ever. Doesn't cover grey hair at all, does not seem to die on "normal" hair either, as it washes out after the first rince after 3 days. And I did let it stay on for 1h30. But the" rich chocolate brown" did leave a weird purple ombre on my blonde highlights. Only good thing is that it's kinda cheap and I had no allergy. But useless.”
