“Ordered 5 samples. All smashed into several pieces in the post as the bubble wrap had been thrown into the box as a token gesture. That said they are samples so I can work out what I want from them. Question is do I trust them to pack my purchase properly?”

Hello Katie, apologies for the state of the samples received. Rest assured any full orders would be delivered very differently with euro pallets and heat wraps used to transport heavy loads safely. If you do require new samples please let us know by emailing hello@tile.co.uk

“I think the tiles are very nice & good selection but I was horrified at the cost of delivery £72 for 12 tiles to be delivered to central Scotland! For that reason I havent ordered .”

“Haven't laid the tiles yet as when I watched a video of these they looked great so ordered them but opened the bag and it's just the spinners and not the spacer rods they spin onto. I bet I'm not the first or last person to do this. Disappointed, I expected everything to be included for the price.”

Hello Anthony, thank you for the review. Yes the different parts of the levelling system are listed and sold separately due to the fact customers and tradesmen will need to use the right number of spacers per tile but can reuse the spin caps on more than one spacer or on future projects. If you still require the spacers or the anti friction plates please let us know and will can look at the delivery charge for you if this helps.

“Sadly, didnt receive enough of the tile to "see" the pattern which is paramount in choosing this kind of tile hence the poor review. Send more of the tile! No point otherwise.”

“I ordered a sample tile. The tile I received is nice though a bit thin at 7mm, given most borders start at 8mm...it's a decent price but I have not rushed to order as I am not impressed with Tile.co.uk delivery conditions: £39 to leave the pallet in the street!”

“I ordered a sample tile. Excellent service. What stopped me placing an order after was a delivery charge of £20. I only needed 15 tiles so decided it wasn’t worth it.”

“Tiles arrived quickly and are very good quality. However it's a pity not to be able to buy less than one whole box as I only needed to replace hearth tiles so will be a lot of waste. Also the plastic packaging seemed excessive.”
