“Decent tiles at a good price but very poor customer service. The wrong number of tiles were delivered for our project meaning we then needed to order additional tiles. This held our building work up by a week and absolutely no effort was made to help with this or speed the process along despite it being their mistake.”

“All tiles came damaged so tiller unable to complete the job meaning I had to pay the tiler twice. Tile co.uk did replace without a problem with delivery next day.”

Hello Paul, sorry to hear you received damages. We would always recommend ordering tiles first and checking them before booking in a tiler as, unfortunately, tiles are fragile by nature and, sometimes, prone to chip and crack when transported. We hope the tiles look good now fitted.
