“The sample arrived promptly and well packaged. I loved the tiles but only needed 30 - I thought the postage was a bit expensive and no option to collect which was as disappointing.”

Hello Rasha, We only send out 3 free samples but you placed 6 individual orders which means you never paid the postage for the extra sample requests. If you require all 6 samples please place a new order including all samples and pay the delivery charge based on the total number of samples requested.

“Poor quality and customer service. Cream tiles ordered and depicted on website, grey tiles delivered. They refused to reimburse me for my £50 postage despite this. See pic of delivered grey tile versus my existing cream ones.”

Hello James, thank you for the review. Your photo shows the cream tile ordered against a different tile we do not sell so they will be a different colour and shade. After inspecting the tiles, we can confirm you were sent the correct tiles ordered. As you did not like the tiles and sent them back we refunded your tiles as it was within 28 days but as we state in our terms and conditions we do not refund delivery charges as we use third party delivery services. We would in future recommend requesting a free sample first before placing an order as the images on the web site are for illustrated purposes only and different devices will display different shading based on its settings.

“Great quality. We needed just two tiles to complete out bathroom and found that we could bug them separately here. Unfortunately we'd already bought the rest of the tiles from Easy Bathrooms in Bradford who were absolutely appalling (branch, the call centre staff were great).”

“Ordered 5 samples. All smashed into several pieces in the post as the bubble wrap had been thrown into the box as a token gesture. That said they are samples so I can work out what I want from them. Question is do I trust them to pack my purchase properly?”

Hello Katie, apologies for the state of the samples received. Rest assured any full orders would be delivered very differently with euro pallets and heat wraps used to transport heavy loads safely. If you do require new samples please let us know by emailing hello@tile.co.uk

“I ordered a selection (and quite a big selection) of samples via the tile company and they were brilliant. The tiles were excellent quality, were beautifully packed and protected in packaging to prevent their breaking and they arrived for one order the very next day!! Others within 3 - 4 days. They were gorgeous and I cannot recommend the tile company highly enough.”

“Really lovely tile. Very good quality and very reasonably priced for the type of tile it is. Shame the delivery charge was so high which made the tiles much more costly than the advertised price. Service was very good and delivery very quick so I guess you get what you pay for. The tiles all arrived very well packaged with no damages which is very unusual these days! I would highly recommend this company.”

“I wasn't sure about which tile would suit my kitchen, and it was very helpful to be able to get samples so easily, so that I could see the real product in situ. This guided my choice, and I'm very happy with the design I finally chose. I was really impressed with the efficiency of delivery too, and the excellent communication by the delivery driver.”
