“Yes ! Can’t fault the service , I ordered a sample tile then decided to order a different sample time as well maybe a day or so after & they both came in the same box envelope bubble wrapped separate perfect condition excellent service.”

“Bathroom renovation now complete. Used the Luster White tiles all over including the shower area. It looks fab. Nice sheen to the tiles. Delivery as promised and had to order a few more which arrived in day requested.”

“Easy to use website, ordering was straightforward and price reasonable. Unfortunately tiles were damaged in transit but as soon as this was reported 2 replacement boxes were sent by FedEx and arrived 2 days later. Luke on customer service was quick to respond and helpful.”

“I had added a message on my order explaining what tiles I wanted. However it didn't save on order form . So what I received was not correct. When I phoned the person was rude and unhelpful, I won't be a returning customer”

“Ordered samples which came very quickly taking only 3 day The tiles were of very good quality and lovely designs which we were happy with. Getting samples allows you to to put them in situ to see if they fit in with your home decor which we felt was essential. Thank you”

“I purchased a sample tile which was delivered in bubble wrap and I was surprised to receive a whole tile as opposed to a cut off, like other companies send. This enabled me to get the effect of what it would look like in my kitchen.”

“Ordered and received in good time and condition . Dissatisfied with customer care and service ! Luke was not particularly helpful or had any empathy when I called to say that my order of randomly selected tiles wasn’t proportionate. It is advertised as 27 different designs yet I got , 22 different designs 10 of 1 and 9 of another . That’s 19%of my total order of just 4 boxes 100 tiles . When I explained this to Luke . He casually said that they come from the manufacturer and nothing could be done other than to return and reorder . Yet it could happen again . I explained that the delivery charge was £39 over the price of and box of tiles and that wasn’t cost efficient for me . All I got was a weak! “ sorry nothing we can do , ! . He went on to explain that it had happened to other customers , I replied with the hat they should probably change the manufacture if they were not going to select a better choice of this so called randomised tiles . It’s going to be difficult to make this appear as displayed in the advertisement . Shame on Luke poor customer service my reasoning for just 2 stars . The tile is Nikea please be aware !”

“Lovely looking and good finish on the tile .delivered in very good time. Not installed at time of writing so don't know if any are broken or not. Not really worried as the courier was seen on my camera and handled the boxes well -at delivery point at least.”
