“Hello Beautiful tile Aged Blue. Love the worn vintage look for our new wet room Sample was too small to judge so I ordered a full size one. Came very well packaged Tile true to online image Our plumber will be placing the order shortly.”

“I was so impressed with this company and these tiles, and also the prompt delivery. The first tiles arrived on a pallet - so you have to carry the boxes inside yourself - but the second delivery was carried into the house. The individual boxes are quite heavy. The sample tile was extremely helpful because it gave a better idea of colour and effect, and the quality was fantastic. The paperwork was clear, and everything went smoothly.”

“Tiles arrived well packaged and as informed. The unfortunate couple of faulty tiles were replaced instantly with great customer service. The only reason for the 4 stars not 5 is that delivery was quite pricey. However, they were the tiles I wanted and I’m pleased with my purchase.”

“Absolutely stunning. We were worried they'd be more turquoise but they're an irresescent deep green and have a vintage/rustic look. Love! The shipping cost was a touch expensive (£60) but the tiles are worth it.”

“Ordered 3 metro tiles for behind vanity, one delivered broken and sent an immediate replacement! Great service, and even though order was tiny, it’s wonderful to find a company that will do small orders as well as big ones!”

“Good communication re: delivery. One damaged box leading to a couple of broken tiles. Since the pallet was left on the drive whilst I was at work I was unable to check them over before accepting delivery. Otherwise, recommended.”

“Easy to do business with, good website and tiles received are lovely quality. There were some issues with the delivery, the tiles ordered were all packed into a single box that was probably too heavy for the Fed Ex courier as it arrived very battered and half of the tiles were broken. Was easy to request replacements and these were delivered without damage a couple of days later, so excellent aftersales support. Possibly a bit more thought on the original shipment / packaging - maybe 2 or 3 packages would have saved tile.co.uk the cost of replacements. Overall excellent service and would have no hesitation to use again and recommend.”
