“Online shopping service was fine, but was disappointed by the product when I received it. Both colour and material were very different to the photo, and due to the actual material used the dress doesn't hang as nicely as it does in the photo and looks cheap. Also small things about the design show that it has not been thought about how this style will work for pregnant ladies. The neckline is a little too low, and the armholes a little too open for wearing with a maternity / nursing bra. So generally very disappointed”

“My problem was I tried to order a wedding gown and was turned down with the credit card security. Then my son in law to be tried and the same happened to him. Finally I called my bank and credit Co. and then finally You. In the meantime my daughter was still was still shopping. You all helped once I finally got through, but by the time your dress (the one we tried to get for awhile) arrived my daughter out of fear was forced to purchase a different gown. We actually liked your product the most however purchasing it was quite difficult. Shipping was great once purchased. I never write reviews however I think this could effect your business and you have a great product. I will be returning it because her second choice was being altered already, however she wanted yours the most. Thank you”

“Beautiful unique full length dress (I'm 5f 8in and in high heels the length was perfect for me) wore to a black tie do and it was perfect. Had many people at the do asking me where my dress was from!”

“The general service was good. However the sizing guide was completely off, I had to buy a bigger size dress and pay for this to be altered! On returning my dress customer service were very helpful, they turned my return round quickly, unfortunately the delivery company you use MIS directed my Oder and instead of being next day before 12 it arrived 3 days later. At a cost of nearly £350 including multiple returns and alterations this dress really wasn't worth the money.”

“The dress I ordered arrived promptly, so that was not an issue. However, the fabric in the dress, the colour block dress for 125, was much.too.clingy for someone who is expecting. I was really disappointed with the dress and did not wear it to my mummy tea party in the merrion.”

“While the dress was beautiful I specifically ordered a size "2" and was shipped a size "0". Given the turnaround time I was unable to do an exchange and had to wear a dress, one size too small, to a black event. As if being pregnant wasn't enough! Not sure that I will order anything more from Tiffany Rose from here on out.”
