My problem was I tried to order a wedding gown and was turned down with the credit card security. Then my son in law to be tried and the same happened to him. Finally I called my bank and credit Co. and then finally You. In the meantime my daughter was still was still shopping. You all helped once I finally got through, but by the time your dress (the one we tried to get for awhile) arrived my daughter out of fear was forced to purchase a different gown. We actually liked your product the most however purchasing it was quite difficult. Shipping was great once purchased. I never write reviews however I think this could effect your business and you have a great product. I will be returning it because her second choice was being altered already, however she wanted yours the most. Thank you
