The general service was good. However the sizing guide was completely off, I had to buy a bigger size dress and pay for this to be altered! On returning my dress customer service were very helpful, they turned my return round quickly, unfortunately the delivery company you use MIS directed my Oder and instead of being next day before 12 it arrived 3 days later. At a cost of nearly £350 including multiple returns and alterations this dress really wasn't worth the money.
