“Customer service was brilliant. They produced CADs for my entire underfloor heating system and adjusted numerous times from me being fussy about the zones. Delivery was prompt and on time product was easy to install following their advise. I’d highly recommend the underfloor heating site”

“The instructions are not comprehensive & 45 minute wait on the phone is too long. Once through the help was good, if I can solve my issues using e mail, that would be so much more effective. Btw I have tried the call line 3 times before waiting list was 10th,11th & 17th on vary days/ times, this must tell you something”

Hi Robert. We have checked our records, email and phone logs and cannot find anything from yourself regarding issues with your order, just you original order itself. Are you sure you are not getting us confused with someone else or were you calling the support line for the branded item you purchased from us? Our receptionists are very good and we normally respond to any messages left within 1-2 hours maximum. “Their price match promise is a load of rubbish. I decided to use their CAD design service with the piece of mind that I can order my system from them for the best price and claim back my £50 fee. Then when I found the exact same products for cheaper online by one of their competitors, I was told “they can’t match that price”. Even thought it ticked all the boxes on their “no quibble” “promise”. I even had to get a new design made by someone else because they wouldn’t even plan my pipes around my kitchen layout which made the design useless. When I asked about a refund for the original £50 I just get ignored. I would stay clear of this company at all costs. There are much better, professional and cheaper sites which sell the same stuff. Not hard to find”

Hi Joe. Sorry you feel this way about our service. Our price match promise has to stop somewhere and the example prices you came to us were less than our cost price so in this instance we could not match - we did however offer you our best price match of 10% off our prices. Our design service is always refundable with orders over £500 as it clearly states and because our price match was not accepted you went elsewhere with the design we had done for you which is fine as you had paid for it - no adjustment to the design was requested as you did not want to progress with a further order over £500 to qualify for the design refund.

“I actually had a product with a defect but the gentleman on the phone dealt with my issue in less than an hour the service provided was outstanding, sometimes things aren’t right but when a company like this deal with the matter in hand so swiftly and professionally you can’t beat it. I would not think twice about using there services and products again”
