The instructions are not comprehensive & 45 minute wait on the phone is too long. Once through the help was good, if I can solve my issues using e mail, that would be so much more effective. Btw I have tried the call line 3 times before waiting list was 10th,11th & 17th on vary days/ times, this must tell you something
