“Ordered a stapler, wrong one was delivered. One email later issue was resolved, correct stapler was delivered before wrong one was colleceted. Excellent service from Hazel and would happily use their service again.”

“The part was an equivalent to the Myson mixer valve and 1/4 of the price. Part arrived 2 days after submitting the order and the part has been fitted and leak fixed. Only concern was the plumber caused a leak on another fitting so he is coming back to fix that. Great service from the supplier, exceeded my expectation considering I live in a remote village in Argyll.”

“Thanks to their product, I have a well-heated underfloor heating with 4 zones for the ground floor which keeps the temperature well enough to not feel too hot or cold. My builder has always used their products so he recommended what to order from the website.”
